We accept payment by Paypal, and cheque. Non-UK buyers must pay by Paypal. Please make cheques payable to CCF and enclose a copy of the invoice/payment advice. Only cheques in GB£ drawn on a UK bank can be accepted. We can not accept banker?s drafts. Goods will be dispatched once funds have cleared. Please include your engraving details with payment and carefully check all spellings. Please be aware that the more text, the smaller it will be. Please contact us for payment methods if you wish to collect the item from CCF. Thank you.
We post most days, Monday to Friday and aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of payment being received. Please note that cheques and e-cheques (through Paypal) can take up to 7 days to clear.
Your item will be carefully packed, using bubblewrap and/or polystyrene packing chips. If the worst was to happen and an item arrives damaged, please take a photograph as proof and contact us immediately. We will then do our best to rectify the situation.
The more text that is required on an engraved item, the smaller that text will be. Please contact us if you wish to check that your text will fit on at a readable size. Normally, a small plate (38mm x 16mm) will take 3 lines of text. Please ensure that you check all spellings carefully that you wish to be engraved and enclose the details either with your payment or in a separate email. Engraving can be either itallic or non-itallic. Please note that return of engraved items may incur a restocking charge.
